Quest Account FAQ


1. What is QuestAccount ?
It is a highly secured database system that consists of individual IR accounts where IRs' weekly commissions are credited to automatically after each commission run.
2. How can I access QuestAccount ?
You can access QuestAccount from http://global.quest.net/questaccount. However, you would need a unique PIN code to access your account. This PIN code will be assigned and mailed to you by register mail the first time you earn the commissions after the implementation of QuestAccount.
3. What options do I have in the QuestAcount ?
Through QuestAccount, you can order e-Card, e-cheque, US$ cheque, and even request to transfer the commissions to your exactpay account or other bank account.
4. Can I request to receive my PIN code by e-mail ?
Yes. You can receive your PIN code via email by writing to the NSG, QuestNet Ltd, and indicating your name, address, contact details and IR ID. You must attach a copy of your valid ID (i.e. passport, national IC, etc), and send it either by mail, email to questaccount@goldquest.com or fax to (852) 2802 3286. Upon receipt of the required documents, we will send your PIN code to your email address registered in our database. If you wish to use a different e-mail account to receive your PIN code, you should first request the change of email address in our database. For security reason, you are advised not to share your email account with others.
5. Will my account in QuestAccount expire ?
No, your account will never expire. You can operate your account at any time you want.

6. When and how do I receive e-Cards if I order them in QuestAccount ?
You will receive the e-Cards (serial number and PIN code) instantly online in "eCard Summary" on the top menu of the QuestAccount webpage.
7. Is there any cut off time for ordering e-cheque, US$ cheque, or a TT payment ?
Yes, the cut off time is every Friday Hong Kong time. We dispatch the US$ cheques ordered by the following Thursday, through register mail. Your TT request will be sent to our bank for processing by the following Tuesday. E-cheques will be sent to per your email address, your registered in our database, by the following Tuesday.
8. How frequent can I do settlement transactions in my QuestAccount ?
There is no limit for e-Card settlement. You can order them as frequent as you want. As for cheque or TT, the system can only accept your orders once a week.

9. Is there a daily minimum amount or maximum amount required for IRs to order from QuestAccount to e-Card or cheque ?
e-Card: the daily minimum amount is USD$10 and the maximum is USD$8,000
E-cheque: the daily minimum is USD$200
US$ Cheque: the daily minimum is USD$100 and maximum is USD$4,800
TT: the daily minimum is USD$200
10. Is it safe to request TT through Quest Account ?
Our Quest Account is highly secured and private. However, it is IRs' responsibility to provide complete and accurate bank information, as the same information will be sent directly to our bank for request processing.
11. Can I request for money to be TTed to a third party bank account ?
No. The beneficiary's name is defaulted as IR's name. Therefore, you must make sure that your bank accepts the fund transfer to your account under exactly the same name as the one you registered with us as IR name.
12. Is there any service charge for operating my QuestAccount ?
It is free of charge for ordering e-Card. However, with TT, ExactPay A/C transfer and e-cheque request, there may be minimal charges to cover our side of bank charge. (please refer to the fee list).
